What do I do with a ticket I purchased and haven't used?
Our tickets normally do not expire until 12 months after the purchase date. If the Coronavirus has affected your travel plans and you think your ticket will expire before you're able to use it please contact customerservice@lvmonorail.com and one of our agents will assist you.

The Las Vegas Monorail provides significant reductions in vehicle miles and emissions from our Southern Nevada community. In fact, we are responsible for eliminating over 25 million vehicle miles on our roadways, equivalent to 53 round trips between Earth and the moon.

The Las Vegas Monorail employs certified explosive detection canines to keep passengers and employees safe. The canines are trained to detect 24 different odors of base explosives which, when combined, can create approximately 19,000 different types of explosives.
