The Minnesota Wild had the chance to get a couple of scrimmages in before the start of the season over the weekend. Me being the Wild fan that I am had one thing that definitely popped out.

Where Did It All Start?
As far as I can tell this started back in 2012 when Talbot was with the Rangers. I keep finding MORE OF THESE so bear with me. I’ve had to restart this list like 5 times already. Anyway this 2012 mask sets the tone for almost a decade of brilliance. Slimer, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and the Ghostbusters logo. What a great start.

If I missed ANY of his creative works from throughout his career PLEASE send them to me directly on Twitter. We see so many players in the NFL customize their cleats to try to show off some of their personality. To see Talbot show some of that creativity in his equipment tells me he will be a fan favorite in Minnesota. I now look forward to nothing more than seeing one of those masks glow in the dark in person. Well done Cam!
