Lot 2 serves imaginative, exciting food at very fair prices without pretension. Their cheese burger with duck fat fries is one of the best my sister has ever had. Shrimp chorizo fried rice, brick chicken, colorful salads with strawberries and mint. The service is personal. But not cloying or intrusive and small children are welcome. The atmosphere is warm and almost unnoticeable.

Municipal parking fields do not allow overnight parking. The fields close as shown in the posted regulations for each facility. Parking after posted hours may result in a summons and leaves the vehicle at risk as there is no security at the closed facilities.

Parking Reservation System

The Parking Reservation system (PRS) provides the public fair access to reserve parking spaces at municipal garages in New York City. The website is available five (5) days before the beginning of the following month. Please note: All reservations made are for the following month. The system makes reservations to customers on a first-come, first-served basis up to the available supply of parking spaces at each garage. A New York State Department of Motor Vehicles driver’s license check is performed at the time of the reservation. Only one reservation and permit will be issued to each driver, per garage.

Obtaining a reservation does not guarantee that a parking permit will be issued. The customer must obtain the actual parking permit at the selected garage. The permit will be issued at the selected garage once all the required steps have been completed. A limited number of permits will be available for reservation and purchase in-person at each garage.
