Q: I'm having trouble submitting my tickets. I am receiving an error message that says “Invalid Game #' or 'Invalid Serial #.” What should I do?
A: The first thing you should do is check to make sure the Instant game you are trying to enter is listed on the Eligible Games table found on the Million Dollar Replay website. If it is one of the Eligible Games and you are still receiving the error message, make sure you are entering the correct serial number. The correct Serial# is the 14-digit number located under the latex covering in the play area of each ticket. The Serial# does not conrtain a 'dash.' Follow the instructions on the Submit Entry page.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem on the Million Dollar Replay web site?
A: Please go to the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are experiencing. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving the problem.
Q: When I try to submit entries, I get transferred back to the log-in page. Why is this happening?
A: Some firewalls or security settings on your PC may prevent you from logging in successfully. There have also been occasions where having too many windows applications open will interfere with the log-in. For assistance use the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are having and any error messages you are seeing on your PC, and we'll be happy to provide technical assistance.
Q: I tried to submit an entry and got a message that the ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my hand, and what should I do?
A: As to how it can happen, occasionally a player will inadvertently make a typing mistake when submitting their entry, and won't double-check to make sure the number has been entered correctly. As to what to do: First, check your list of previously submitted entries at the bottom of the SUBMIT ENTRY page or the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page to make sure that the ticket has not already been entered by you. If it is not on your list of entries, use the FEEDBACK page email to notify us as soon as possible. Please include any ticket number for which you received the 'already been entered' message, and we will advise you of next steps to ensure that you will be able to use that ticket or a replacement for the drawings.
Q: I made a typing mistake when I submitted my entry. How do I check for and correct entry errors?
A: All entries that you submit are kept on a list found at the bottom of the SUBMIT ENTRY page or the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page. Clicking on the date next to the entry you want to change enables you to delete the entry. Please note that after a drawing deadline, entries for that drawing are locked in and cannot be changed or deleted.

Q: If I make a mistake while submitting an entry, how do I correct or delete the entry?
A: When you submit an entry, the entry is recorded at the bottom of the SUBMIT ENTRY page or on the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page. To delete your ticket entry information, click on the date for the entry you wish to delete and click on 'SUBMIT'. Please note that after a drawing deadline, entries for that drawing are locked in and may not be altered or deleted.
Q: Can I delete my entries from the SUBMIT ENTRY or from the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page?
A: You can only delete entries before a drawing deadline.
Q: I just noticed that one of the tickets I submitted is actually a cash winner. What should I do?
A: Winning tickets are not eligible to be used in the second chance drawings. If it is prior to the drawing deadline, you should replace the ticket number with another ticket number from a non-winning ticket by following the instructions above on how to delete entries. Once the deadline for a drawing has past, there is nothing that can be done to change or delete the second chance entry, but you still may take the cash-winning ticket to a Lottery retailer to receive your winnings.

Q: If I enter my tickets for a drawing and do not win, can I enter them for another drawing?
A: No. Entries that are submitted for a drawing are good only for that drawing. Entering another drawing requires different non-winning tickets.
Q: Can I enter a drawing more than once?
A: YES! You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish, however, each entry requires the use of separate qualified tickets.
Q: What happens to the ticket entries that do not get picked in a drawing? Are they retained for future drawings?
A: No. Entries are valid for one drawing only. To participate in each drawing you must enter new tickets.
Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the drawing?
A: If there is another Million Dollar Replay Semi-Finalist drawing scheduled after the previous drawing deadline, your entry will be eligible for that drawing. Any entries submitted after the final Semi-Finalist drawing deadline date are disqualified.
Q: I have tickets that I can't remember whether or not I have entered in the drawing. How can I see what tickets I have entered?
A: Each time you submit an entry, a record of your entry appears on the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page. All of your entries appear on that list for your information and reference, so you can check the list against the tickets you are holding.
Q: How can I be sure that my Internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit your entry, a record of it shows up on the bottom of the SUBMIT ENTRY page. If the entry is recorded there, you can be assured that it is in the system. All previous entries will also be recorded on the MY DRAWING ENTRIES page for your reference.
Q: Can I throw away the tickets after I have entered them into a drawing?
A: No, that's the last thing you want to do! Hang on to the tickets that you have entered and keep them safe. If you are selected as a winner in a drawing, you will need to mail in the tickets that made up your winning entry in order to claim your prize.
Q: I live out of state. Am I eligible to enter the second chance drawings?
A: Yes. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is otherwise eligible to purchase lottery tickets is eligible to participate in the second chance drawings.
Q: When can I discard the tickets I entered?
A: After the drawing for which you entered tickets, when you are certain that the tickets you entered did not win a prize, you may discard the tickets. Please note that you need to produce the tickets if you win a prize in order to claim it, so make sure they were not selected before you discard them. We recommend that you retain the tickets for at least 6 months following a drawing. Even if you do not win a prize, you could be selected as an alternate if a prize winner is disqualified. If you are selected as an alternate winner, you will need to produce the tickets in order to claim your prize.

Q: I would rather mail in my tickets. How do I do that?
A: Only entries received online via the Internet only at the New Jersey Lottery VIP Club are eligible for entry into a MILLION DOLLAR REPLAY drawing. No mail entries allowed. Entries received at any other web site are not eligible.

Q: How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
A: Winners' names and hometowns are posted on the second chance web site following the validation of winners, approximately one week after each drawing. Also, while we cannot guarantee delivery of emails for reasons beyond our control, we do send emails to all drawing winners whose entries were submitted via the Internet.
Q: Where is the WINNERS LIST from the last drawing?
A: It takes approximately one week from each drawing for drawing winners to be validated and processed before the WINNERS LIST is posted at the second chance web site.
Q: Why does it take so long to post the WINNERS LIST?
A: After each drawing, the winning entries must be reviewed and verified for eligibility. The winners' information is data entered and certified by the Lottery before posting on the web site.
Q: I see my name on the WINNERS LIST as a second chance drawing winner, but I have not received an email. What should I do?
A: There may be times when Internet email delivery fails through no fault of the Lottery or its Internet service suppliers. Click on the WINNERS page and follow the Prize Claim Instructions found on that page.
Q: I submitted several entries to the drawing. Why didn't I win a prize?
A: It's the luck of the random drawing that determines who wins and who doesn't. With thousands of entries received for each drawing, your chances of winning are solely based on luck.

A: Winners are randomly selected from all entries received for each drawing. The drawing procedures have been audited and approved by an independent Certified Public Accounting firm.

Enter your New Jersey Draw Game tickets to collect symbols for a chance to win great cash prizes. There will be monthly drawings and each will award two hundred and fifty (250) $100 TangoCard e-gift card prizes that can be used to select from hundreds of popular brand retailers. In addition, five (5) $5,000 cash prizes and one Grand Prize of $10,000 will be awarded each month. All valid entries collected from the first day of the month to the last will be entered into that month's drawing. Entries collected after 11:59P ET on the last day of the month will be entered into the next month's drawing -- entries will not carry over from previous drawings. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for prize fulfillment.
